If you sign up for QuickBooks Payments, you can send invoices from QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop so customers can pay online. When the customer gets the email, all they have to do is select the Review and pay or Pay invoice. This will open the invoice and they can pay it directly from there. Your settings determine if customers can pay by credit card or with an ACH bank transfer. If your customers run into issues when they try to pay, don't worry.
QuickBooks Self-Employed costs $15/month. There are limits to what it can do, however. The QuickBooks Self-Employed TurboTax Bundle is $25/month. QuickBooks Online ranges from $25 to $150 per month, depending on the plan you choose. More advanced plans offer extra features, such as: Multi-user access.
