Mechanical engineering course requirements

All Mechanical Engineering majors must complete the courses indicated with the number one in the curriculum above as well as ENGL 110 College Composition I - College Composition I and ENGL 130 Composition II: Writing for Public Audiences - Writing for Public Audiences with the letter grade of a "C" or higher prior to admission to the PDP.

The following conditions must be satisfied for the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering: Completion of the Mechanical Engineering Core Curriculum. It is strongly recommended that one core-curriculum course, ENME E3105, be taken in the sophomore year. Completion of 27 points of nontechnical electives during undergraduate study.
